Our best-selling Goodnight blend contains a synergy of essential oils including Lavender, Vetiver, Chamomile, Geranium and Bergamot. Specially formulated by our expert aromatherapists to help relax and soothe the senses, a wonderful natural alternative for a restful night.
Directions
DIY TIP: Create a pre-bedtime massage oil or a relaxing bath oil by blending 6 drops of Goodnight Oil with 20ml of carrier oil.
ROOM FRAGRANCE: Add up to 6 drops of the blend to an essential oil diffuser to create a restful night-time atmosphere.
BED-TIME: Simply put a few drops on a tissue before bed and leave near your pillow.
