Directions
Children: (4 - 12 years): Chew 1 tablet daily.
Adult: Chew 1 tablet twice daily.
This product is not recommended for children under 4 years of age.

Each tablet containsthe powdered dried juice of:Acerola 480 mg, Passion Fruit60 mg, Sea Buckthorn 10 mg,Prickly Gooseberry 1 mg,Blackcurrant 1 mg, Lemon 0.5 mg.Also contains fructose, maltodextrin (from corn), maizestarch and magnesium stearate(vegetable source) to 1030 mg.
1 tablet provides 100 mg vitamin C.
