Organic Bulghur Bulgur is a cereal food made from the groats of several different wheat species, most often from durum wheat. Also called cracked wheat, it is full of fibre, protein and iron. With its nutty taste, bulgur is the key ingredient in tabbouleh, the classic Middle Eastern salad and is also used in other dishes making a change from pasta or rice. Contains wheat. May contain stones. Cooking Instructions: Simmer in 1/2 part water to 1 part bulghur for approx. 15 minutes.
