Shop Team Member / Management Team

We’re looking for an experienced full-time team member to join our Shop Management Team in Bantry.

This is a long-term position for someone who enjoys working with people, has a good eye for detail and is interested in taking responsibility within a busy retail environment.

Ideally, you’ll have previous retail and customer service experience, along with some experience of stock management and team leadership. An interest in food, health and wellbeing is important to us, as you’ll be working with the wide range of products and brands that make Organico what it is.

You’ll be involved in the day-to-day running of the shop, supporting the wider team, helping to maintain high standards and ensuring our customers have a great experience.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organised, practical and good with people, and who is looking for somewhere they can settle in and become an important part of the team.

This is a long-term, full-time position based in Bantry.

Part-Time Admin & Accounts

We’re also looking for a part-time admin team member to join us at Organico in Bantry, ideally for around 2 days a week.

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, self-motivated and enjoys working with figures and getting things in order. Excellent office and administrative skills are important, along with an interest in bookkeeping and accounts.

The role will involve supporting the day-to-day administration of the business, keeping records up to date and helping with accounts and financial administration. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, has good attention to detail and enjoys taking responsibility for getting things done.

Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounts or a similar administrative role would be an advantage.

This is a part-time, long-term position based in Bantry, ideally around two days per week. Hours and salary will be discussed depending on experience and suitability for the role.
