Organic Red Lentils (500g) The lentil is an edible pulse and is a bushy annual plant of the legume family. With colours ranging from gold to orange to actual red, these are the sweetest and nuttiest of the lentils. They are high in fibre, minerals and vitamins. Red lentils are perfect for dahls, other curries and for thickening soup. May contain stones or foreign matter.
Cooking Instructions: Rinse and simmer in 3 parts water to 1 part lentils for approx. 12 minutes.
