From this you get reddish-brown beans with a cream coloured seam and sweet, nutty flavour. High in fibre, these beans are often used in desserts as well as being delicious in savoury dishes. May contain stones or foreign matter. Cooking Instructions: Soak overnight, drain and cover with cold water. Simmer for approx. 1 hour.
