And each year we look forward to hosting a load of events at Organico for you to enjoy. Organico is hosting a talk by Benoit Nicol on the connections between perfumes and flavors, the anatomy of Smell vs Taste, and an exploration of selected unusual ingredients and their use in the 'molecular kitchen' (orris, geranium, ylang-ylang, tagete, etc). Benoit has over 20 years of experience in the perfume industry and now has his own essential oil business, and his passion lies in knowing what smells 'good' and how it can improve your cooking and your life.
