"I started the business in 2014, as through studying as a nutritional therapist I was well aware of the health benefits of live fermented foods and saw an opening in the Irish market for unpasteurised sauerkrauts.
The ethos of our business is the revival of the ancient tradition of preserving foods through fermentation. We are passionate about spreading the word and educating everyone of the importance of having a diverse colony of gut bacteria and how your digestive and immune system benefit from eating live fermented foods.
We produce a range of hand crafted fermented vegetables. All our products are live fermented and raw and naturally support digestive health and the functioning of the immune system.
Organico was our very first retail outlet where we sold our products! They are one of the best health food shops in Cork... they not only have a fantastic range of products but also have an incredibly friendly and helpful team of staff who are always on hand to offer advice.
We hope to continue going from strength to strength as more and more customers are looking for our products. Live fermented foods such as sauerkrauts and kimchi seem to be getting a mention in the media every other day which is fantastic for us as the public are now becoming educated about this incredibly health promoting food group!
