I love this Yoga DVD – Esther is one of the best teachers I know and the DVD is the result of all her years of practice and teaching. I find I can have nearly all the benefits of being in a yoga class without having to leave the house! It’s great to be able to chose whether to do a vigorous energising sequence or a calming relaxing one, depending on my state of mind and my energy levels. Esther’s voice is very calming in itself, so even when doing the faster sequences I feel relaxed, which is important as I don’t want to hurt myself!
