		<description>good luck with it! Slow Food is great craic, and the events are always great fun. I've been involved for 3 years formally with the erne-garavogue convivium up in the north west - we had an agm  and event recently and there really is nothing like the diversity of ppl broadly interested in good food coming together. 

the events tend to be great coming together of like minds: you 
mobilising the converted (which is important - we're often isolated and plof away in our own worlds) and draw a few more in with great food and drink
