Rachel Dare, who trained with Darina Allen in the Ballymaloe School of Cookery supplies the inspiration behind the menu in Organico Café.
Rachel manages the Cafe and Bakery and her enthusiasm for good food is infectious. Rachel has a distinctive style, fusing a combination of ingredients that are primarily vegetarian, organic, and local to create menus that are both lifestyle conscious and appetizing.
